Audit Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial audit team in conducting business process audits and identifying business-critical processes.
• Coordinate audit results with management, including reporting findings and recommending improvements.
• Develop and improve risk-oriented audit programs and procedures to address specific risks.
• Train, mentor, and provide field leadership for team members to support their professional development.
• Create detailed audit reports, including finding classification based on business impact and mitigation measures.
• Ensure all audit activities comply with the standards of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA).
• Support the Audit Manager in developing the Plan of Engagement (PoE).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Engineering.
• 6-8 years of professional experience in an internal or external audit function.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and management capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
• Valid driver's license and passport.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or other graduate degree.
• Professional audit certifications such as CIA, CPA, ACCA, or CA.
• Proficiency in German.
