Audit Specialist

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits across various departments and healthcare facilities
• Review financial, operational, and compliance processes
• Identify risks, gaps, and specific areas for process improvement
• Ensure strict compliance with healthcare regulations, internal policies, and industry standards
• Prepare detailed audit reports including findings and actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with department heads to strengthen internal controls
• Support management in improving overall operational efficiency
• Follow up on the implementation of corrective action plans

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in a relevant allied health specialty (e.g., Medical Laboratory Technology, Radiology, Cardiovascular Technology, or Neurodiagnostics)
• Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant field
• Proficiency in English
• Proficiency in Arabic is preferred
