Responsibilities

• Planning and supervising financial statement engagements
• Managing and driving the success of multiple engagements
• Ensuring complete client satisfaction through open communication and managing expectations
• Managing, developing, training and mentoring staff
• Attending professional development and continuing education sessions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• 3+ years of recent public accounting experience
• Strong technical skills in financial statement preparation and review
• Ability to problem-solve and think creatively and logically
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA certification
• Experience in NFP, EBP, healthcare, or governmental industries
