Audit Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Perform audit, review, compilation, and other attest engagements for diverse clients.
• Prepare financial statements and conduct accounting, audit, and attest duties as required.
• Supervise 1-3 staff members or interns, monitoring productivity and adherence to work plan schedules.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding client concerns, audit matters, and performance improvement opportunities.
• Maintain professional communication with client personnel to ensure efficient information flow.
• Manage multiple assignments simultaneously across different industries and sizes while maintaining efficiency.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and education.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of public accounting audit experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting.
• CPA license or currently working towards obtaining a CPA license.
• Strong knowledge of current audit and accounting concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
