About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide general support to the centralized Audit Planning & Reporting team
- Assist with Audit Committee reporting by creating insightful commentary and impactful data visualizations
- Research industry and emerging topics to leverage for reporting purposes
- Undergo training as a Scrum Master to support the department's Agile approach
- Act as a liaison on complex, multi-faceted initiatives and efficiency improvement projects
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, CFA, or a related field
- Must be returning to school after the work term or require the term for graduation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic, high-pressure environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel for financial analysis, Word, and PowerPoint
- Previous experience working within a financial institution
