Responsibilities
- Manage the complete planning process for certification audits across various schemes
- Schedule audits and visits with clients and auditors following technical requirements
- Send information and maintain records in computer applications
- Manage auditor travel arrangements
- Resolve issues related to audit planning
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration (ADE), Finance, or similar field
- Experience in operations planning, service planning, or customer service is highly valued
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Methodical, proactive, and rigorous approach to work procedures
