Responsibilities
- Lead audit engagements and ensure regulatory compliance and quality
- Support the continued growth of the audit function in Birmingham
- Contribute to strategic direction, client development, and team progression
- Provide technical leadership and commercial awareness to the audit practice
Requirements
- ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with RI status
- Proven experience in a senior audit role within a practice
- Strong technical audit knowledge and commitment to quality
- Strong leadership skills with experience in developing teams
- Commercial awareness and interest in business growth
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
