Audit Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement risk-based annual audit plans aligned with client objectives
• Lead audit engagements, including planning, execution, and reporting
• Assess financial, operational, and compliance risks across diverse industries
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, ISA, UAE corporate regulations, and internal policies
• Prepare and present detailed audit reports with findings and actionable recommendations
• Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of auditors to ensure high performance
• Act as a liaison between clients, external auditors, and regulatory authorities
• Advise clients on improving internal controls, efficiency, and governance frameworks
• Collaborate with Tax, Compliance, and Corporate Services teams to deliver integrated solutions

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive audit and assurance experience
• At least 3 years of managerial experience within the UAE or GCC
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Professional qualification such as CPA, CA, or ACCA
• Individually registered with the Ministry of Economy and the Emirates Auditors & Accountants Authority (EAAA)
• Strong expertise in IFRS, ISA, and UAE regulatory requirements
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage
