Audit Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative, financial, accounting, and operational processes to ensure internal control.
• Audit key business areas including production, warehouse, inventory, distribution, sales, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
• Execute internal control procedures and ensure compliance with IFRS (NIIF) and IIA standards.
• Manage budgets, strategic planning, and personnel.
• Monitor financial statements, costs, and fiscal, labor, and regulatory compliance.
• Utilize information flow diagrams and key performance indicators to optimize processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree in Finance, Accounting, Administration, or Industrial Engineering (Title and Professional License required).
• 2 to 4 years of experience managing general processes (administrative, financial, accounting, or operational).
• Strong knowledge of IFRS (NIIF) and IIA standards.
• Advanced proficiency in Office/GSuite (spreadsheets, documents, and presentations).
• Intermediate English language skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Availability to travel and flexibility regarding work schedules.
