Audio/Visual Technician

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and break down multi-camera systems and audiovisual equipment
• Support onsite, hybrid, and remote meetings and events
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, modify, and upgrade A/V equipment and cabling
• Configure wireless networking and synchronization channels for data acquisition
• Manage and maintain onsite audiovisual equipment inventory
• Perform basic video editing including cutting, titling, and audio adjustments
• Provide professional, face-to-face customer support

Requirements

• Associate degree and one year of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with Dante, Crestron, and Microsoft Teams
• Understanding of audiovisual signal flow and networking concepts
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and safety procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of RF and WiFi technologies
• Electronics background
