• Analyze client specifications and determine technical realization conditions
• Establish technical budgets within allocated envelopes
• Define human, technical, and logistical resources needed for services
• Coordinate internal and freelance technical teams
• Supervise equipment preparation and verify sub-rentals
• Manage teams during assembly, operation, and disassembly phases
• Resolve technical issues and manage unforeseen circumstances
• Supervise technical settings and rehearsals
• Ensure equipment security and compliance with hygiene and safety rules
• Identify needs for equipment evolution, maintenance, and investment
