About the role
Responsibilities
- Create high-impact visual content, including internal videos (tutorials, interviews, live formats, and promotional content) to support People and Culture strategies.
- Manage the full production lifecycle, including concept design, scriptwriting, storyboarding, and coordinating shoots.
- Perform professional video editing, color grading, and photo retouching to ensure alignment with Volvo Group University brand guidelines.
- Capture high-quality photography during corporate events and on ongoing projects.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies, including generative AI, to propose innovative content formats.
- Coordinate projects and collaborate with international stakeholders across France, Sweden, Europe, and the USA.
Requirements
- Master's degree in audiovisual production, multimedia, or a closely related field.
- Proficiency in professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere or DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong graphic design and retouching skills using Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Experience working with generative AI tools for creative workflows.
- Proven ability to manage shoots, coordinate participants, and develop storyboards.
- Ability to work autonomously, meet strict deadlines, and maintain high artistic standards.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working in a multicultural, international environment.
