Audio/Video Low Voltage Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate projects for the GVC Division including video collaboration, life safety, and large venue solutions
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations using ERP and project management tools
• Schedule internal staff and subcontractors for installations and manage workflows
• Track project budgets, milestones, and deliverables to maintain profitability and monitor margins
• Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle from initiation through closeout
• Coordinate with pre-sales and post-sales engineering to align technical execution with client needs
• Ensure all installations meet client specifications and industry standards
• Monitor installation progress through site visits and client meetings

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in relevant technology project management (AV, security, etc.)
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Proven experience leading complex projects across multiple teams and geographies
• Strong understanding of project budgeting, cost control, and profitability metrics
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure to meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or equivalent certification
• Experience with enterprise collaboration platforms such as Teams, Zoom, or Webex
