Audio Visual Specialist

Responsibilities

• Independently operate, maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, repair, and manage A/V systems and peripherals
• Perform daily morning checks of all conference rooms to ensure functionality
• Conduct pre-meeting A/V checks for high-profile events and VIP video meetings
• Troubleshoot, upgrade, and replace AV componentry
• Coordinate external vendor support when required
• Meet key support performance metrics and trouble ticket SLAs
• Manage incident management of application usage accurately and timely
• Build professional relationships with customers and other teams
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of prior A/V work experience preferred
• Industry certification preferred
• Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) preferred
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Superb written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater frequently
• Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, and/or sit for extended periods
