Audio Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform load-in and load-out of band and rental equipment
• Set up and break down band and event equipment, including cabling and patching
• Operate audio control boards and provide professional mixes while maintaining safe audio levels
• Oversee visiting audio technicians and interact with production crews to ensure successful shows
• Maintain, protect, and repair audio, sound, light, and stage equipment
• Assist the Production Manager with technical advances and artist representatives
• Distribute or create audio plans and oversee venue-wide audio systems
• Support the lighting crew with stands, microphones, and cables as needed

Requirements

• 3 years minimum Tour and Stage Production experience
• Experience in stage lighting, pro audio systems, and basic video systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications
• High School Diploma
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in environments with moderate to loud noise levels
• Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
