Audio Algorithm QA Engineer

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end audio QA activities, including comprehensive manual testing to validate performance.
• Utilize specialized audio measurement equipment to assess and ensure the quality of audio systems.
• Conduct active listening sessions to evaluate device audio quality and provide detailed feedback.
• Create detailed test plans and strategies to guide the QA process throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Schedule, execute, and delegate test runs to ensure thorough coverage and adherence to timelines.
• File high-quality bug reports and manage issue triage, participating in root cause analysis.
• Use internal development tools to extract logs and relevant data from systems under test.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to ensure seamless QA integration.

Requirements

• Proven experience in audio quality assurance or a related field.
• Strong understanding of audio measurement and evaluation techniques.
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
