About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end development of audience and communications strategies for Gold and Silver IMC projects and multi-market brands
- Leverage consumer behavior and proprietary tools to drive audience understanding and maintain the Colgate Audience Catalogue
- Develop communications architectures and ecosystem maps defining channel roles (paid, owned, earned) across the consumer journey
- Lead content briefing alongside creative teams and ensure delivery of planning templates and toolkits
- Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, presenting complex strategies and identifying growth opportunities
- Collaborate with media buying, creative, data sciences, and analytics teams to ensure measurable execution
- Mentor and inspire junior planners to foster a culture of strategic thinking
- Define KPIs and work with analytics teams to establish measurement frameworks and optimize ROI
Requirements
- Progressive experience in media planning, communications planning, or strategic planning
- Experience working on multi-market or global clients
- Proven track record in a leadership or director-level role managing strategic teams
- Strong background in digital media planning and strategy
- Expertise in audience segmentation, consumer journey mapping, and behavioral economics
- Proficiency with media research tools such as Comscore, Nielsen, MRI, or GWI
- Deep understanding of the ad-tech ecosystem, programmatic buying, and social media platforms
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
