Audience Architecture & Activation Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Translate journey requirements into orchestration engine traits, segments, and trigger logic while managing naming, versioning, and approvals
• Implement and monitor SLAs for trigger latency and freshness, including configuring rate limiting and prioritization
• Validate audience logic and trigger behavior through QA and controlled experiments to ensure consent and preference enforcement
• Collaborate with CDP Platform and centralized data teams to troubleshoot data issues and maintain data contracts
• Create documentation and self-service guides to deliver enablement for regional marketers and operations
• Track segment coverage, trigger performance, and defect escape rates to drive continuous optimization

Requirements

• Experience in data management, manipulation, and creating audiences for marketing campaigns
• Practical experience with a proven orchestration engine (segments, catalogs/traits, journeys, or subscriptions)
• Working knowledge of Snowflake SQL and Customer Data Platforms (CDP) regarding data flows and filtering
• Understanding of consent, preferences, and channel deliverability considerations
• Solid grasp of data logic, structures, and architecture
• Experience with QA/testing practices and basic A/B experimentation in lifecycle marketing
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work cross-functionally
