Auction Services Associate

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily inventory appearance and security, ensuring vehicle zones and parking areas remain organized.
• Document and track incoming and outgoing inventory through shipping and receiving processes.
• Receive, prepare, and process vehicles, including pairing locators, capturing photos, and securing keys.
• Support auction operations through preparation, coordination, and execution activities.
• Complete daily inventory scanning and reconciliation to ensure accurate, real-time visibility of site inventory.
• Follow Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements and maintain a clean work area.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in outdoor environments and inclement weather.
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to perform in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read, interpret, and enter data accurately.
