Attraction Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Define, lead, and implement strategies for the attraction and enrollment of new professional and high school students.
• Supervise campus attraction operations and coordinate with admission advisors to ensure a seamless process.
• Manage the assigned budget and ensure efficient resource allocation to meet enrollment goals.
• Direct the admission process from prospect to enrollment, including scholarship coordination.
• Plan and execute promotional activities to increase the prospect database and build relationships with feeder schools.
• Utilize CRM tools to track and manage prospects, applicants, admitted students, and enrollees.
• Generate reports and presentations to monitor progress and ensure academic quality standards.
• Guarantee a memorable experience for students and parents during the university selection process.

Requirements

• University degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or Communication.
• Proven experience in student attraction, strategic sales, or customer service.
• Experience in event organization or Public Relations.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with a focus on achieving objectives and team well-being.
• Proficiency in CRM management and Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience working within educational institutions.
