Attorney

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation and other legal assignments in accordance with Law Department guidelines
• Manage case ownership, including trial strategy and case development
• Prepare and summarize reports for legal proceedings
• Attend litigation events such as trials, mediations, depositions, and hearings
• Act as a strategic thinking partner for clients and customers

Requirements

• 4+ years of litigation experience
• Proven jury trial experience
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active law license in good standing with the State Bar of Illinois
• Experience in insurance defense, medical malpractice, or personal injury
• Proficiency with electronic case management and document storage systems
