Attorney

Responsibilities

• Manage contract drafting, negotiation, and lifecycle management
• Ensure legal compliance within the chemicals and manufacturing sectors
• Provide analytical support, problem-solving, and risk assessment
• Uphold high ethical standards and dedication to corporate compliance
• Work effectively across cultures and functions in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Law degree (JD, LLB, or equivalent) from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant legal experience, ideally in a multinational company or Tier 1 law firm
• Knowledge of business law, contracts, and regulations related to chemicals and manufacturing
• Proven experience in contract drafting and negotiation
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Admission to practice law in Colombia and/or Mexico
• Experience working with outside counsel and managing legal budgets
