Responsibilities
- Manage contract drafting, negotiation, and lifecycle management
- Ensure legal compliance within the chemicals and manufacturing sectors
- Provide analytical support, problem-solving, and risk assessment
- Uphold high ethical standards and dedication to corporate compliance
- Work effectively across cultures and functions in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Law degree (JD, LLB, or equivalent) from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant legal experience, ideally in a multinational company or Tier 1 law firm
- Knowledge of business law, contracts, and regulations related to chemicals and manufacturing
- Proven experience in contract drafting and negotiation
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Admission to practice law in Colombia and/or Mexico
- Experience working with outside counsel and managing legal budgets
