Attorney II - Support

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements for diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Build and enhance contractual frameworks and update templates to align with new laws and global requirements
• Manage and improve the contract management system and implement large-scale process improvements
• Support global compliance and ethics initiatives to ensure readiness with new legislation and regulatory guidance
• Identify corporate risks in business operations and work with teams to develop mitigation measures
• Provide pragmatic legal guidance on commercial transactions, product development, IP protection, and corporate governance
• Safeguard intellectual property and drive organizational training and awareness regarding legal standards

Requirements

• LL.B. or LL.M. degree
• 7–9 years of in-house legal experience handling commercial contracts, employment issues, and data privacy
• Expertise in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to simplify complex legal concepts
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills for managing relationships with internal teams and senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Locally or globally recognized privacy certification
