Attorney

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary legal advisor for Hasbro Games, counseling on IP, licensing, advertising, privacy, and regulatory compliance
• Draft and negotiate various agreements including IP licenses, talent deals, tech/AI agreements, and NDAs
• Provide guidance on AI tools, digital platforms, and data-enabled products
• Support game development, packaging, and marketing campaigns across digital and social media
• Partner with senior leadership to manage risk and support brand extensions into digital and live experiences

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active bar membership in good standing
• 4-8 years of legal experience in a law firm or in-house setting
• Strong expertise in drafting and negotiating IP, commercial, and technology agreements
• Experience advising on AI and emerging technologies
• Solid understanding of copyright, trademark, rights of publicity, and privacy law
• Ability to manage a high-volume docket in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in games, toys, consumer products, or entertainment industries
• Patent licensing experience
