Attorney - Global Brands & Product Technology

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted legal advisor on intellectual property, licensing, marketing, privacy, and emerging technologies
• Draft and negotiate commercial, IP, and technology agreements including AI-related and development agreements
• Advise on legal risks related to AI tools, technology platforms, and data-enabled products
• Provide legal guidance on product development, packaging, and advertising across digital and social platforms
• Partner with senior management to assess risk and enable compliant business solutions

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active bar membership in good standing
• 4-8 years of relevant legal experience in a law firm or in-house environment
• Strong experience drafting and negotiating IP, commercial, and technology agreements
• Demonstrated experience using AI-enabled tools and advising on AI/emerging technology issues
• Solid understanding of intellectual property law (copyright, trademark, rights of publicity)
• Working knowledge of digital, technology, data, and privacy issues

Preferred Qualifications
