Responsibilities

• Assist with a vibrant and growing property and casualty practice
• Manage state court litigation
• Develop legal writing including petitions, complaints, motions, and briefs
• Develop business acumen alongside legal practice

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of litigation experience (preferably civil litigation)
• Proven experience managing state court litigation
• Excellent legal writing skills
• Admission to the Texas Bar required

Preferred Qualifications

• Federal court experience
• Admission in additional jurisdictions
