Attorney

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume caseload of approximately 150 cases
• Oversee around 50 active litigation cases per month from intake to settlement or verdict
• Maintain proactive and transparent communication with clients
• Conduct depositions, draft and respond to motions, and lead mediations
• Develop comprehensive case strategies
• Serve as lead counsel in jury trials to secure favorable outcomes

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years practicing personal injury or civil litigation
• Active and in good standing with local State Bar
• At least 5+ first chair trial verdicts
• Deep understanding of Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence
• Exceptional communication and articulation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 5-8 years of litigation experience
• Plaintiff-side experience
• Multiple state bar admissions
• 10+ first chair jury verdicts
