Responsibilities

• Manage cases in state and federal courts
• Supervise and mentor staff
• Manage discovery processes
• Take and defend depositions
• Write petitions, complaints, motions, and briefs with minimal supervision
• Prepare for trial

Requirements

• 3+ years of Property Casualty, 1st Party Property, or Civil Litigation experience
• Must be admitted to practice in the State of California
• Experience managing discovery and depositions
• Ability to work with little supervision
