Attorney

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume caseload of approximately 150 cases
• Oversee around 50 active litigation cases per month
• Maintain proactive and transparent communication with clients
• Conduct depositions, draft motions, and lead mediations
• Develop comprehensive case strategies
• Serve as lead counsel in jury trials to secure favorable outcomes

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law
• Active and in good standing with the local State Bar
• Must be currently located in the state where the job is posted
• Exceptional communication and articulation skills
• Trial advocacy or moot court experience strongly preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Multiple state bar admissions
• Experience in personal injury litigation
