Attendant

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for individual contributions to achieve team deliverables and coordinate effectively with team members
• Prepare and operate various components, materials, equipment, and machines within the assigned area
• Ensure adequate inventory of parts and materials is available before starting production runs
• Adhere strictly to all plant safety and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) regulations
• Perform in-process quality inspections and identify opportunities for process and safety improvements
• Follow standard procedures to complete tasks and refer any deviations to the supervisor
• Ensure all work is reviewed for accuracy, quality, and adherence to established standards

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in executing aseptic techniques to a high degree of accuracy
• Ability to read, write, and follow complex written and oral instructions
• Ability to lift 15-20 pounds frequently and occasional lifting in excess of 25 pounds
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a detail-oriented approach

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) environment
• Proficiency in using manufacturing software and digital tools
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to mentor team members
• Familiarity with common AI tools and a curiosity for enhancing productivity through technology
