Attendant - Offsite Warehouse

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods and materials
• Record all inventory movements using the BirchStreet system
• Prepare items for dispatch to the main resort site and other locations
• Assist in cycle counts, stock audits, and discrepancy reconciliation
• Monitor and capture chiller and freezer temperatures
• Carry out periodic expiry date checking
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse zones
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and report malfunctions
• Assist in loading, unloading, and staging goods for transport
• Adhere to safety protocols, hygiene standards, and UAE regulations

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in hospitality
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Forklift License
• Proficiency in inventory systems (WMS/ERP)
• Ability to lift and move heavy items safely
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
