Attendant - Aquatics

Responsibilities

• Ensure the overall safety of all guests and colleagues within the Aquarabia Water Theme Park, with a primary focus on drowning prevention.
• Assist in the daily operation of all aquatic attractions and perform regular safety checks.
• Respond to and assist in medical emergencies within the scope of your certification and training.
• Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and meet established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Maintain the cleanliness of guest and colleague areas, including non-aquatic operational zones.
• Work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and varying environmental conditions such as heat or wind.
• Collaborate with other operational departments within Aquarabia and Six Flags Qiddiya City.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in the hospitality, entertainment, amusement, or guest service industry.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and work in various outdoor environmental conditions.

Preferred Qualifications

• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Proficiency in Arabic.
• Previous experience working in the Middle East or in an international environment.
