About the role
Responsibilities
- Analyze the market to follow trends and identify opportunities
- Prospect new clients and markets to drive business development
- Maintain and develop the existing client portfolio through loyalty initiatives
- Advise and support clients in their technical projects
- Provide regular daily and weekly activity reporting to the Agency Manager
Requirements
- Bac +2 degree (BTS, DUT) in commerce or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a B2B environment
- Experience in construction (BTP), equipment rental, or technical services preferred
- Proficiency in sales and negotiation techniques
- Ability to use CRM and ERP tools
- Strong interpersonal skills and service orientation
- Autonomous, rigorous, and able to manage multiple priorities
