Responsibilities

  • Analyze the market to follow trends and identify opportunities
  • Prospect new clients and markets to drive business development
  • Maintain and develop the existing client portfolio through loyalty initiatives
  • Advise and support clients in their technical projects
  • Provide regular daily and weekly activity reporting to the Agency Manager

Requirements

  • Bac +2 degree (BTS, DUT) in commerce or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a B2B environment
  • Experience in construction (BTP), equipment rental, or technical services preferred
  • Proficiency in sales and negotiation techniques
  • Ability to use CRM and ERP tools
  • Strong interpersonal skills and service orientation
  • Autonomous, rigorous, and able to manage multiple priorities
