Attaché d'exploitation en alternance

Responsibilities

• Organize and support the driver team daily to optimize costs, respect deadlines, and ensure service quality and safety
• Monitor and analyze operational performance indicators and implement corrective measures
• Manage driver workloads by considering regulatory, social, human, and material constraints
• Adjust activities in real-time to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
• Verify the quality of services provided to clients and manage field events
• Validate scheduled routes and manage driver feedback in accordance with company procedures
• Coordinate with other departments such as maintenance, scheduling, and supply to manage equipment repairs and supplies

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a 2nd cycle degree in logistics or an equivalent field
• Previous experience in operations, transport, or management is preferred
• Strong team spirit and a focus on collective interests
• Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset
