Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with clients to define needs and propose adapted solutions
• Write attractive job offers to attract candidates
• Identify top profiles using CV databases and various recruitment sources
• Conduct interviews focusing on both soft skills and technical competencies
• Manage employment-related administration including temporary worker files, contracts, medical visits, and timesheets
• Monitor and support the temporary workforce to ensure integration, loyalty, and professional development

Requirements

• Curiosity, active listening, and high energy
• Proficiency with digital tools for sourcing and professional networking
• Experience in the operational aeronautics sector (assembler, technician, operator) is a significant plus

Benefits

• Fixed salary between €23,000 and €24,000
• Uncapped variable compensation
