About the role
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with clients to define needs and propose adapted solutions
- Write attractive job offers to engage potential candidates
- Identify top profiles using CV databases and various recruitment sources
- Conduct interviews focusing on both soft skills and technical competencies
- Manage employment-related administration including temporary worker files, contracts, medical visits, and timesheets
- Monitor the temporary worker pool to ensure integration, loyalty, and professional development
Requirements
- Curiosity, listening skills, and communicative energy
- Proficiency with digital tools for sourcing, email, and professional networks
- Strong desire to support both candidates and companies
Benefits
- Fixed salary between €23,000 and €24,000
- Uncapped variable component
- 11 RTT days
