About the role
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with clients to define needs and propose adapted solutions
- Write attractive job offers to attract candidates
- Identify top profiles using CV databases and various recruitment sources
- Conduct interviews focusing on both soft skills and technical competencies
- Manage administrative employment tasks including temporary worker files, contracts, medical visits, and timesheets
- Monitor and retain the temporary worker pool, ensuring integration and professional development
Requirements
- Curiosity and active listening skills
- High energy and communicative personality
- Proficiency with digital tools, sourcing, and professional social networks
- Strong desire to support both candidates and client companies
Benefits
- Fixed salary between €23k and €24k
- Uncapped variable compensation
