About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage administrative employment tasks including temporary worker files, contract preparation, medical visits, and timesheet management
- Collaborate closely with clients to define needs and propose adapted solutions
- Write attractive job offers to attract candidates
- Identify top profiles using CV databases and various recruitment sources
- Conduct interviews focusing on both soft skills and technical competencies
- Monitor the temporary worker pool to ensure integration, loyalty, and professional development
Requirements
- Curiosity, listening skills, and communicative energy
- Proficiency with digital tools for sourcing, email, and professional networks
- Strong desire to support both candidates and client companies
Benefits
- Fixed salary between €24,000 and €25,000
- Uncapped variable component
- 11 RTT days
