About the role

Responsibilities

  • Visit existing clients within the defined Occitanie region to present and sell Ray-Ban optical products
  • Maintain a strong field presence to increase visit frequency and territory coverage
  • Drive revenue growth and achieve established KPIs
  • Manage merchandising and shelf space to enhance brand visibility and presence
  • Support clients in implementing and developing EDI via specialized software
  • Communicate regularly with internal teams to share best practices and competitor intelligence
  • Ensure rigorous administrative and commercial follow-up of all missions

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage field presence with approximately two overnight stays per week
  • High sensitivity to fashion and a passion for brand storytelling
  • Proven team spirit and collaborative mindset
  • Proficiency with digital tools and software for client presentations and dashboards
  • Strong pedagogical skills and ability to act as a proactive proposer
  • Excellent knowledge of the Occitanie region (departments 11, 12, 30, 34, 48, 66)
