ATR Specialist

Responsibilities

• Ensure the delivery of quality Accounting to Reporting (AtR) services in line with Service Level Agreements and local business requirements
• Perform day-to-day and monthly activities including the preparation and posting of journal entries and cash applications
• Support the monthly preparation of financial statements and quarterly/annual disclosure reports
• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and resolve open or unreconciled items
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and working with auditors
• Continuously identify and implement process improvement opportunities using digitalization and automation
• Maintain compliance with the Epiroc Business Code of Practice and Triple Certification Systems (ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Accounting to Reporting (ATR) or General Ledger roles
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP systems
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively through business presentations and regular client interaction

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) or digitalization in finance processes
• Ability to facilitate professional meetings and video conferences
