ATM & Cash Market Support Specialist, Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to Capital One Branches and Cafés by addressing ATM hardware, cash, and branch-related issues
• Act as the primary point of contact for Branch and Café associates requiring assistance
• Monitor market ATM availability performance and proactively identify trends
• Analyze and resolve issues related to ATM hardware, cash, CIT servicing, and branch cash shipments
• Research and partner with vendors to resolve ATM discrepancies and complex problems
• Use remote management tools to resolve issues at the ATM level
• Create and revise process documentation to reflect current operational procedures
• Provide market trend insights and performance updates to leadership

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• At least 2 years of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience
• At least 1 year of experience in project or process management
• At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office or Google Products
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience
• At least 2 years of experience in project or process management
• At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office or Google Products
• At least 1 year of experience in ATM servicing or cash transportation
