ATM Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure the measurement, analysis, and integral monitoring of ATM channel performance using key indicators and control dashboards.
• Guarantee service level compliance and ensure the availability of tools for monitoring the ATM network.
• Manage providers to ensure service level compliance, including escalations and penalties.
• Monitor NPS (Net Promoter Score) and BSC (Balanced Scorecard) plans, proposing action plans focused on customer experience.
• Follow up on continuous improvement projects and production incidents within the ATM network.
• Prepare high-level management reports and presentations regarding service level indicators and KPIs.
• Coordinate channel forums to communicate results, risks, and opportunities.

Requirements

• University degree in Actuarial Science, Data Science, Administrative career, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in data analysis and management of control indicators.
• Experience in UX, agile methodologies, and project management.
• Proficiency in SQL, SAS, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Desirable English proficiency.
