ATLO Engineer

Responsibilities

• Conduct electrical verification of spacecraft subsystems using standard test equipment
• Mechanically integrate satellite components into complex assemblies within a production environment
• Author test procedures and plans based on engineering drawings, schematics, and ICDs
• Generate and maintain version-controlled test scripts for automated spacecraft testing
• Validate requirements through stringent V&V processes on prototype and flight builds
• Contribute to environmental testing campaigns (EMI/C, Dynamics, TVAC) as a test conductor
• Document, analyze, and provide resolution for non-conformances and implement corrective actions
• Interface with technicians, quality inspectors, and engineers in a cleanroom environment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, Math, or a similar field
• Experience with the build, assembly, or testing of complex systems
• Ability to read engineering drawings, technical documents, and schematics
• U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of electrical circuit design, grounding, radio, or spacecraft subsystems
• Knowledge of mechanical assemblies, manufacturing processes, or industry standards
• Experience with version control, Python, C++, Linux environments, or computer network architecture
• Ability to make sound engineering judgments with limited information
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and travel to launch sites or integration locations
