Atlassian Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee finance operation data architecture including procurement, payments, and vendor info
• Engineer and maintain API connections between Jira Service Management (JSM) and core platforms
• Lead automation of finance operations including ingestion pipelines and data standardization
• Design and implement end-to-end workflows on JSM across Finance, HR, Legal, and IT
• Roll out automated reporting solutions and dashboards for commercial decision needs
• Evaluate and implement AI tools for anomaly detection and predictive insights
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and train finance staff on automation and AI tools

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of JSM implementation and system/API integration experience
• Proven track record delivering cross-functional transformation programs
• Understanding of finance processes, transaction flows, and reconciliation
• Proficiency in data architecture, modeling, and cloud-based data pipelines
• Experience implementing automation solutions like OCR and workflow tools
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance principles
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Successful JSM implementation in an enterprise environment
• IT Project Management knowledge
• Familiarity with AI tools for intelligent automation and document processing
• Familiarity with Google Suite, Slack, and agile methodologies
