Atlassian Administrator

Responsibilities

• Design and build Jira projects and workflows with intuitive user interfaces
• Work cross-functionally to design solutions for various business units
• Develop, document, and coach others on Atlassian best practices
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities for project management
• Design, develop, and facilitate training for new and existing users
• Troubleshoot system issues and implement corrective actions
• Manage user access control, application permissions, integrations, and sandbox management
• Respond to requests for new projects and enhancements to existing ones

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing and configuring Atlassian products (Jira Software, Confluence)
• 2+ years of project management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field
• Familiarity with data security, access controls, and data governance frameworks
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
