About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist with all aspects of travel arrangements for 32 varsity athletic programs and administrative units
- Research and secure cost-effective hotel and flight accommodations for away travel, recruiting, and official visits
- Coordinate transportation arrangements for practice and competition schedules, including third-party bus companies
- Manage the Baker Athletics Complex shuttle bus schedule and assist with game day operations for home football contests
- Support the Director of Travel and Business Operations with team travel budgets and the annual budgeting process
- Handle financial tasks including vendor payment reconciliation, P-card hard-close procedures, and processing invoices/expense reports
- Maintain high professional standards and adhere to NCAA, Ivy League, and University rules and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent related experience
- 0-2 years of related experience in travel, operations, or athletics administration
