About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assist with all aspects of travel arrangements for 32 varsity athletic programs and administrative units
  • Research and secure cost-effective hotel and flight accommodations for away travel, recruiting, and official visits
  • Coordinate transportation arrangements for practice and competition schedules, including third-party bus companies
  • Manage the Baker Athletics Complex shuttle bus schedule and assist with game day operations for home football contests
  • Support the Director of Travel and Business Operations with team travel budgets and the annual budgeting process
  • Handle financial tasks including vendor payment reconciliation, P-card hard-close procedures, and processing invoices/expense reports
  • Maintain high professional standards and adhere to NCAA, Ivy League, and University rules and regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent related experience
  • 0-2 years of related experience in travel, operations, or athletics administration
