Current UIW graduate student, Strong writing and communication skills, Valid Texas driver’s license, Ability to work nights and weekends, Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist with facility scheduling for varsity practices, games, and third-party rentals
- Coordinate visiting team practices and specific facility needs for selected sports
- Support summer camps by managing registration, financial reports, and deposits
- Review and reconcile third-party facility rental agreements and payments
- Assist in coordinating the repair and maintenance of all facility equipment
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the Athletic Department
Requirements
- Must be a current UIW graduate student
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Valid Texas driver’s license and ability to be insurable with UIW
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Ability to lift equipment, tools, and materials weighing up to 25 pounds
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with athletic game operations
