Athletics Coordinator – Game Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead game day operations for all home athletic contests
• Coordinate staffing and supervise event personnel, including student workers, interns, and part-time staff
• Oversee game flow and logistics to ensure efficient execution
• Collaborate with athletics staff to manage event requirements
• Support the setup and breakdown of athletic events
• Ensure all operations comply with conference standards

Requirements

• Experience in athletics or event operations preferred
• Ability to work in fast-paced athletic venue environments
• Ability to stand and perform physical event setup activities
• Availability to work evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Master’s degree
