About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the setup and breakdown of all athletic facilities for home contests
  • Ensure all venues are properly prepared, safe, and ready for practices and competitions
  • Assist with facility scheduling and monitor/report maintenance needs
  • Supervise student workers, interns, and part-time staff
  • Maintain equipment inventory and organization
  • Support all home athletic events, including evenings and weekends

Requirements

  • Ability to lift, move equipment, and perform physical activity related to event setup
  • Ability to work in athletic facilities and outdoor environments under varying conditions
  • Strong teamwork orientation and thoroughness in task execution

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Experience working in athletics or facilities management
  • Master’s degree
