Athletic Trainer/Physical Therapist Assistant/Personal Trainer

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite services including ergonomics, early intervention, job analysis, and drug testing
• Deliver patient care under the supervision of a licensed clinician
• Document patient progress and communication in EMR systems
• Maintain communication with employers, referral sources, and interdisciplinary teams
• Educate clients on injury prevention and workplace stretching programs
• Support the preparation and upkeep of therapy equipment and treatment areas

Requirements

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited AT or PTA program
• Current Kansas/Missouri AT or PTA license
• Ability to travel 75%+ of the weekly schedule
• Proficiency in basic PC and EMR systems
• Ability to stand and drive for extended periods
• Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, EEOC, and ADAAA regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in workers' compensation settings
• Ability to work in diverse environments including outdoor or non-climate-controlled areas
